Arbon, Formerly CTO at Investis, Joins Conversocial to Further Develop and Lead Technology Strategy in Age of Messaging and AI-Driven Customer Service
[New York and London – October 17th, 2017] Conversocial, a leading social customer service platform, today announced the appointment of Martyn Arbon as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to further develop and lead the company's global technology platform. Arbon will play a key role in envisioning and implementing Conversocial’s technology strategy across multiple social and messaging platforms.

In his role as CTO at Conversocial, Martyn will draw from his extensive experience leading technology organizations within high volume, high growth B2C, B2B and SaaS businesses. With over 20 years in the technology industry, Arbon has held a number of senior technical management roles including Oracle, StepStone and Lumesse. He joins Conversocial after serving as CTO at digital communications company Investis, where he was responsible for their cloud platform which delivered over 2000 global corporate clients websites, social media, apps, live streaming and financial services solutions. Martyn began his career as a software developer and brings detailed technical knowledge from both contributor and leadership perspectives.
