New Conversocial release: so this message is important, but why?

It’s great to be able to auto-flag certain comments to be prioritised. A priority queue, with email alerts, means that potentially problematic posts and troublesome tweets get dealt with quickly. But you may have all sorts of reasons for making certain messages top priority; not only do you need to flag swear words and spam, but likely questions or queries about various products. You can create custom keyword lists in Conversocial for different Facebook pages and Twitter accounts, to meet whatever needs you have.

We’ve just released some updates to auto-flagging so that you can see exactly which list has been triggered by a particular message.

This is a great time-saving tool for customer service teams – the context is right there with the message itself. Internal communication and workflow is optimised when agents can see precisely why a message has been flagged to their attention.
